Hey, check out my new blog! Now that 52 Weeks of Baking is over, I’ve decided to do less baking overall and more exploring of my new city, with all it’s bakeries, baking supply stores and various cool stuff!

A lot of my favorite America’s Test Kitchen recipes are written in weights (or at least the important ingredients like flour/sugar/chopped nuts). I guess I’m just used to ATK recipes, and Chris Kimball is in with that gang.
